Mr. QU graduated from Hefei University of Technology in 1983, majored in machinery manufacturing and technology. He has engaged in patent agency since 1985.

    Mr. QU has rich experience in patent application of machinery. Before working in our firm, he has been involved in patent application and patent management for enterprises and government. Besides, he is one of the earliest Jiangsu patent attorneys, and was granted as Outstanding Patent Attorney of Jiangsu Province in 2005.
